Do I need a visa to enter Indonesia?
Most tourist need a tourist visa to enter Indonesia, and the visa can be issued on arrival at the airport. The Visa on Arrival costs ~Rp. 500.000 or USD 35 for 30 days and could be extended for another 30 days at the Manado Immigration office.

Visitors with visa exemption will be given Visit Stay Permit for 30 days.
Indoensia Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD)
Before you enter Indonesia you are required to complete a Customs Declaration form online.

You can also do it up to 3 days before arrival.
​
Remember to take a screen shot of the acceptance of ECD - you will need to scan it before leaving the arrival hall.

2. Scan the QR code photo.
3. Click the QR code photo to link to the ECD page.
4. Scan the QR code on displayed at the arrival hall, free Wi-Fi is available at the airport (caution - very slow and can be unreliable).
5. Do it on PC terminal at the airport.
How do I get to K2 Lembeh Dive Resort?
The nearest airport is Manado International Airport (MDC).
You can fly by Scoot Air (a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) direct from Singapore four times a week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays). Just make sure you make the booking within 1 itinerary - you bags will then get check through from your airport of departure to MDC.

There are also daily flights from Jakarta and Bali.

We have transport service to pick up once you exit the airport. The journey is about 1.5 hours by car followed by a 15-minute boat ride.

If you come from other resorts or hotels, we can also make arrangements for pick-up.

What's the weather and water temperature in Lembeh?
Temperature at Lembeh is between 28-32 degrees Celcius. The water temperature peaks at 28-29 degrees Celsius from October to March and at its lowest at 25-26 degrees Celcius in July and August. In the months between November to January there may be some rain, but it doesn't affect diving.
When is the best time to dive in Lembeh and what is the visibility range?
Diving in Lembeh is year round. There may be some rain between November and January but it doesn't affect diving.Visibility varies between dive sites but usually in the range of 10-18 meters.
Do you do land tours and culture tours apart from diving?
Yes. Most of our guests like to go to Tangkoko nature park for a half day tour on the day before departure, that is, during the 18-24-hour no dive period. For village and culture tour, you can refer to our website for more info, or enquire directly with us.
​Can I get massages?
Yes, we have local massage therapists who can come in to do massages for your whole body, on an appointment and availability basis.
